Consumers and producers with contracted and available capacity output exceeding 60 MW are obliged to help to TenneT conditions agreed to contribute to solving transmission shortage. If there is a congestion management zone TenneT can reduce this output limit in accordance with article 4.2.1.2 of the NetCode.
